Real Estate Runner LLC ("Real Estate Runner," "we," "us," or "our") provides courier and errand services for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website, booking a service, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you book a service, we collect:

● Name, email address, and phone number

● Service address(es) and drop-off address, where applicable

● Payment information (processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card number)

● Special instructions or notes you provide about your order

If you create an account, we also store:

● Your login credentials (your password is stored in encrypted form and is never visible to us)

● Your order history and any credit balance associated with your account

If you work with us as a runner, we additionally collect:

● Employment-related information (name, phone, email)

● Timesheet and mileage records for payroll purposes

● Location information tied to the runs you complete, for coordinating deliveries

We use your information to:

● Fulfill and coordinate your order

● Communicate with you about your order's status, including by text message and email (see "Text Messaging" below)

● Process payment for services

● Provide customer support

● Maintain records required for business and tax purposes

● Improve our services

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes beyond communications directly related to your own orders with us, and we do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your phone number, we may text you in two ways:

Order updates. By placing an order and providing your phone number, you'll receive texts related to that order — for example, when a runner is on the way or when your order is complete. This is a standard part of using our service.

Promotions and discounts. Separately, and only if you specifically opt in, we may occasionally text you about discounts or special offers. This is optional and is never required to place an order or use our services — you'll see a clearly labeled, unchecked box for this at checkout or on your account page, and you can opt in or out at any time.

Message frequency depends on your order activity and, if applicable, how often we send promotions. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of any texts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Opting out of promotional texts does not affect order-update texts tied to an active order, and vice versa. You can also contact us directly (see "Contact Us" below) to be removed from text communications.

Your text messaging opt-in information and consent are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party for any purpose. This is separate from and excluded from any other data-sharing described in this policy.

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed for them to provide that service:

● Stripe — to process payments

● Twilio — to deliver text message updates about your order

● Resend — to deliver email updates about your order

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Real Estate Runner, our customers, or the public.

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us.

● You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

● You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the information below.

● You may decline to provide certain information, though this may limit our ability to complete your order (for example, we cannot deliver to an address we don't have).

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
